The Tudors (and my new style look)

I've always admired how in the Showtime series The Tudors every costume was also very modern. And how the Tudors themselves have inspired many fashion designers to go back into the 1500's and bring back the corset, the square neckline and others. AND SO. I've decided to make my fashion style more of a bohemian turn on the tudor style...

I'll Be There

I'll be gone for a couple of days. I'm so sorry, to anyone who actually reads. But, it's my sisters graduation tomorrow and its out of town so, HURRY HURRY HURRY! I'll see if I can get online. IF. No promisses. Anyway. I also want to apollagize for not posting. I mean it's not that I can pst everyday, but I just hate having the thought that this will become a habbit, which I don't want it to be. So, that's it. Untill I remember something.

Role Plays: The New "Play Pretend"

When I was little I used to play pretend all the time. I was always something different. A pretty princess, a superstar, a super hero, a super spy, or pretty much anything with the word "super" in it. Now, I feel like I'm too old for THAT type of play pretend but, I have a much more modern alternative: Role Play. I love role play. Honest to god, head over heels in love with Role Play. I just love the feeling of, in other words, leading another life. It's just an amazing feeling that fuels me with so much creativity. It's fun and an absolute "bore-killer". It's amazing and the different types are just so amazing and unique. My personal favorites are:

• Medeival/ Historical/ Renaissance
• Animals (wolf packs)
• Misc. Fantasy

Reminiscing Pre-school: Starfall

When I was four Starfall was the greatest thing since naptime. Starfall was the most badass thing to hit the classrooms of Zachry Elementary. Now, it's back again, here, middle school. We're acting like retards going around playing "Who Am I?" or "Which Is My Toy". Really, there must be some mid-life crisis because we're trying to get a grip on reality that we're not CUTE anymore. There's a cycle going on:
Pre-school : "OMG STARFALL!!!"
Third Grade: "Starfall? What age do you thing I am? 2?"
Middle School: "Let's play STARFALL EVERYONE!"
I mean it is pretty cool, you can make a black albinowho dances with his doll and has a pet dinosaur who eats pizza and chases chikens. I mean really, whats not to love about that?

Michelle's Wonder Book

My friend, Michelle, is crazy. A couple of months ago she asked me if I knew how to draw, I said yes and then asked why, she said because she was going to do this childens book. I asked her if there was anything in particular that she would like me to draw... this was her response:
"Uh yeah, you know, bunnies, trees, turtles, knives, rope, blood. You know, the usual."
I was kind of stunned by what she said but, it kind of makes me want to read the book, because really. With a turtle-murder bunny-killer serial-slasher, it kind of makes you want to see what the whole plot is...
Right?

Coffee Detox

It's been four days and one hour with thirty-two minutes without my usual cup of instant coffee. I can't take it. I CAN'T STAND IT! We need to go shopping. And yet, I have noticed a couple of changes. Cleaner face, more cravings, and not just food cravings. I mean, I'm watching James Frain on Burn Notice and I'm fucking DYING! Everyone looks so much more attractive. Men and women (well...ok, not so much the women, but... getting there). I guess I've become addicted to coffee over the years. I've been drinking coffee since I was like four! It started as just a sip, then it evolved into a long sip, and then half a cup, then ONE WHOLE CUP when I was like six, and then before you know it I'm chugging down about three to four cups a day! You know, maybe I should do this more often: get really hooked on coffee and then drop and let everyone have their "Hot Moment" in my mind. Yeah, you know maybe thats not such a bad idea. I wonder if it could also apply to weed...
